dernieres semaine a Sydney

VIVID Sydney, cela fait partie de notre dernière année mais nous n'avons pas trouvé le temps de faire le post alors nous allons faire cela maintenant. C'est un peu comme la fete des lumieres a Lyon sauf que la ils font cela  sur l'Opera et autres batiments.

En se disant que c'était bientôt la fin, on s'est dit que c'était le moment de se bouger le cul pour voir un peu autour, donc un jour on a prit le bus pour PALM BEACH

THinking that it was almost the end of Sydney, we thought that it was the moment to move  to see what's around, so during a day we took the bus to PALM BEACH

Le truc bien c'est qu'étant en semaine il n'y avait personne, et en plus le temps était magnifique
The best was that it was during the week so there was no-one, and the weather was amazing

En revenant de la plage qu'est-ce qu'on voit ? petit souvenir pour le cousin Joss a qui je n'ai jamais envoyé la photo

Bien que Tomas était en charmante compagnie il nous a rejoint à king cross pour essayer un bar a cocktail
Even if Tomas wasn't alone, he joined us at King cross to try a new cocktail bar

ET on est après retourne au bar préféré de Nico, 

L'endroit ou on voulait aller depuis un moment, les 8 pools, mais sans voiture c'est chiant faut prendre le train et marcher pendant 1h. alors Tomas un weekend a prit la voiture de son coloc et on y est tous alles.
Il y avait un monde fou, déjà le parking était plein il fallait se garer sur le bord de la route, puis marcher jusqu'à la plage, mais attention a la maree.
The place where we wanted to go for a while, the 8 pools, but without a car it's tricky you have to take the train than walk for more than 1 hour, so Tomas took his roommate's car and we all went.
There was so many people, the car park was full so we had to park on the side of the road, than walk to the beach, but careful to the tide

Eh oui sur les photos on voit jamais tout le monde qu'il y a

Mais bon apres l'effort le réconfort, c'est l'heure du casse croûte
After the work, we need a break, it's time to eat

couldn't hope for a better space

Tomas s'occupait du transport et nous de la bouffe, alors j'ai ramené mes rillettes maison faites pour le mariage de Guigui
Tomas was taking care of the transport and us the food, so I took some homemade pork rillettes that I bought from France

Avec cela des pains au fromages et une bonne bière pour aider à faire descendre le tout,
pas mal de monde nous regardait avec envie car eux n'avaient pas pensé à prendre des boissons
With that some pao de quejo and a beer to help getting everything down,
a lot of people were watching us with envy because they didn't think of bringing something nice to drink

On avait bien choisit le jour, il faisait une chaleur de plomb
We picked the date, it was so hot

Le chemin du retour est un peu difficile
the way home is a bit more difficult

Une sortie tres sympa
A really nice get away for an afternoon

Mais le départ approche, on retrouve Iara et Bruno pour manger des tacos en ville et se dire au revoir

But the time is coming to leave soon, so we're meeting Iara and Bruno to eat tacos in the city and say goodbye

Bon moi j'ai travaillé jusqu'au dernier jour car il fallait faire l'inventaire, mais Nico voulait profiter de ses derniers jours a Sydney, alors il s'est prit un sandwich et a marché sur le pont, bon il s'est aussi occupé des papiers de la banque et autre c'est vrai

So I worked till the last day cause we did the stocktake, but Nick wanted to enjoy his last days in Sydney, so he took a sandwich and walked the harbour bridge, okay he had to take care of the bank paper and other stuff

Pour notre dernière soirée après le travail, on s'est retrouvé avec quelques personnes du boulot :

Bon après pas mal de verres au bar on avait tous la dalle donc on s'est mit en tête de trouver un endroit pour manger, mais bon un vendredi soir a 22h c'était difficile et on s'est fait refuse l'accès d'un restau car les garçons avaient les joues un peu trop roses, c'est vrai qu'ici ça ne rigole pas du tout, et avec les conseils d'un videur d'un bar sans cuisine on a atterrit dans un bar qui faisait des burgers, qui se sont avérés parfait
So after a few drinks at the bar we were all hungry so we started to search for a place to eat, but well a friday night at 10pm it's a bit difficult, we got refuse at the entrance of a restaurant cause the guys had their cheeks a bit too pinky, yeah here they don't joke about alcohol, but after the advice of a security women we ended up at a bar with burger which wasperfect

Après une nuit assez courte, Tomas le chéri nous conduit à l'aéroport, il est trop gentil !
After a short night, Tomas drove us to the airport, he's so nice !!

LES VACANCES commencent ! ON part aux Philippines, bon on a rien organise on y va les mains dans les poches, j'ai juste la nuit à Manille de booke dans un airbnb pour reprendre l'avion le lendemain pour l'île de Palawan, après on va bien voir.

Holidays can start ! WE're going to the Philippines guys, okay so we haven't organize a thing except for the 1rst night in Manila in an airbnb before taking the plane to the Island of Palawan, we'll see

Simon's Johnson Sydney

Nico est retourné à son ancien boulot de pick/packer chez Simon Johnson, il bosse dans les frigos avec le fromage.

Moi avant de partir de Sydney l'été dernier je m'étais inscrit dans une boite d'intérim qui m'avait fait bosser et j'étais restée en bon contact avec l'agent, deviner où pour quelle boite elle devait trouver du personnel ? En plus on a dit que Nico travaillait déjà la bas alors c'était les doigts dans le nez

Nico went back to his old job as a pick/packer at Simon Johnson, he worked in the fridge with the cheese.

Me before leaving Sydney last summer, I joined an interim which who I had a job and I stayed in contact with the person in charged of me, guess for who she had to found some staff ? And as we said Nick was already in it it, it was finger in the noise

Pendant l'absence de Nico il y avait eu des changements et les differents entrepots de la boîte etaient regroupes au même endroit maintenant, meme si je n'avais aucune expérience comme pick/packer j'ai dit que j'en avais et hop on me met dans le bain, mais c'est assez facile
While Nick was gone there's been some changes and the places of the business where now at the same location, even if I had non experience as a pick packer I said I had, and it was pretty easy to learn 

Avec la machine a monter, ben oui c'est crevant de monter et descendre d'une échelle je ne sais combien de fois par jour
With the machine to go up, yes it's tiring to climb a ladder how many times a day

Avec Tomas dans les frigo a faire je ne sais plus trop quoi
With Tomas in the fridge doing I don't know what

Après le soir quand c'est calme, les gars se prennent une petite pause et joue au foot sur le parking
After during the end of afternoon it's quiet so the guys take a little break to play foot in the parking lot

Le top c'était la fête du personnel pour noel, au début il ne devait y avoir que les permanents, mais bon sans le personnel temporaire ( nous ) ils se serait fait chier, donc on est tous venus, et en plus c'est a "the ground", ou on était déjà aller plusieurs fois.

the best was the staff christmas party, well at first it was only for permanent people, but with the temp staff ( all of us) it would have been boring so we all came, and it was at "the Ground" a place where we went several times

Nico qui attend patiemment que l'un d'entre nous fasse la queue au bar pour venir se servir au moment venu
Nico is waiting patiently that one of us waiting in the queue to the bar to come and ask for a drink at the right time

La fine équipe avec un mix du dry, frigo et des bureaux
A fine team with a mix of the dry, the fridge and the office

la direction c'était pas foutue de nous quand même, ce qui est dommage c'est qu'ils ont remballes le buffet très rapidement sans le dire, donc évidemment Nico qui n'est pas comme moi, ne s'est pas jeté sur le buffet en arrivant n'a presque rien mangé mais a compensé en buvant pas mal, bon faut dire que j'ai juste reussi a avoir 1 assiette, et on l'a appris trop tard c'est qu'il y avait même une charrette de glaces ! Les cons ils auraient pas pu faire une annonce ?
The boss did it big ! What was a shame is that the buffet got cleaned up quit fast without any notice, so of course Nick who's not like me didn't jump on the buffet when we arrived so he hadn't a lot to eat, but he compensated by drinking, well I have to say that I only had 1 plate, and we learned it too late but there was even an ice cream truck ! Those ass couldn't have they said something to tell everyone ?

EH eh eh I successfully get max a bit drunk, he was so cut

Ouh c'est dur le réveil au matin, Tomas était mignon il avait tjs sa boisson au chocolat et un sandwich qu'il se mangeait tranquillement en faisant ses premieres commandes
OH it's hard so early in the morning, tomas was so cute he always had his chocolate drink and a sandwich that he would eat while doing his first orders

Comme vous pouvez le voir on bosse dur ici, je me suis rappelée que je n'avais fait aucune vidéos depuis longtemps, donc j'ai mit tout le monde a contribution
Like you can see we're working hard here, I remembered that I haven't made any videos in a while, so I asked everyone to participate
